Sony Digital Binoculars Can Record 3D Video And Snap Photos




Binoculars are basically meant to see distant objects in dark thick forests or in heavily populated areas where watching your target is a bit difficult from naked eye.Recently Sony releases a range of binoculars DEV3 and DEV5 this week that are equipped with a two electronic eyepieces replacing the light-folding optical prism thats fitted to standard binoculars. Both the binoculars are powered with Exor R CMOS sensors supported by BIONZ image processors, fitted behind a matched pair of precision G Lens optics.The unique features of these binoculars that they are equipped with a recording mode that allows you to capture exactly what’s being seen through the viewfinders in either 2D 1920×1080 AVCHD 2.0 format, or as 3D footage for playback on compatible TVs via the included HDMI port.Both the models will be available in US during November with price tags of $1,400 for the DEV 3 and $2,000 for the DEV 5 .
